Navigating the Dashboard

Your Dashboard
The dashboard provides an overview of your most important metrics across all modules. The left sidebar lets you navigate between sections, and the module switcher at the top lets you move between CRM, Helpdesk, Products and Settings.
Module Switcher
Click the module name in the header to switch between available modules. The sidebar navigation will update to show the selected module's pages.
Quick Actions
Use the + button in the header to quickly create new contacts, deals, tickets, or other records without leaving your current page.
