Service Catalog

What it is

The Service Catalog is the menu of products and services your customers can request, for example a new laptop, a mailbox, or an onboarding package. Each item resolves the right price for that customer, and every request is tracked through to fulfilment.

How pricing works

A catalogue item links to a product in the ERP. The price shown to a customer is their own agreed price where one has been set for them, and otherwise the item's base price. This means the same catalogue can present the correct figure to each customer without maintaining separate lists.

Requests

When a customer or agent requests an item, Chorum creates a tracked catalogue item request. That request flows through the normal ticket and fulfilment process, so a catalogue order is handled, assigned and billed just like any other piece of work, with a clear record from request to delivery.
